Most recently, I have had the chance to help and be a part of the inaugural season for San Diego FC, a men’s professional soccer team in the MLS. As a Customer Experience Rep, I have had the pleasure to be the direct contact between the team and the fans, helping provide the best possible fan experience possible. From interacting with hundreds of fans every game, to adapting on the fly to whatever comes our way, my experience as a Customer Experience Rep has been great. As a sports enthusiast, working for a sports team has made me appreciate sports even more, and has made me realize the impact that sports can have on people.

Notable Accomplishments

  • I have had the chance to be apart of the team’s inaugural season, which has taught me how to be efficient and meaningful with my actions.

  • I’ve been chosen to be a lead, where I utilized my leadership and customer service skills in order to improve overall customer satisfaction and set an example to those around me.

  • Throughout my time, I’ve been able to develop meaningful connections with the fans, which contributes to the overall fan experience.
